Refund and Exchange Policy

Final Sale: All orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Refunds and Exchanges: We do not accept refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged items upon arrival.  Once the customer shows proof of damage and returns the item, the same item will be shipped out to them.  If the item is no long available a store credit will be issued.  

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please send an email to info@mubarakclutches.com stating the issue with your product and attach clear photos and videos of the damaged item.

Return Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
